In the championship game of the Lady Devils Invitational, No. 2 seed Chaffee pulled off a thrilling 57-51 victory over top-seeded Delta, ending a 12-year drought to claim their first title since 2012. Oak Ridge dominated Charleston in a 62-25 blowout, with seniors Reagan Howe and Madyson Ruehling leading the charge. Howe posted 23 points and 15 rebounds, while Ruehling added 21 points and 17 rebounds, as Oak Ridge moved to 3-2 on the season.
In other girls’ action, Perryville fell to Dexter 47-46 in a close contest, while St. Vincent defeated Fredericktown 54-35, led by Brie Rubel’s 25 points and Kate Rubel’s 11.

In the SEMO Conference Tournament semifinals, top-seeded Sikeston advanced to the championship game with a dominant 70-45 victory over Notre Dame. The Bulldogs showcased their depth and defensive intensity to earn their spot in the final. Cape Central joined them in the championship game after defeating Jackson 60-53. TySeanDre’ Edwards led Cape Central with 18 points, while Mar’K Mills added 19. Kole Deck led Jackson with a game-high 25 points, but Cape Central’s defensive execution in the fourth quarter made the difference.
Earlier in the tournament, Notre Dame edged Poplar Bluff 41-37, and Kennett pulled off a dramatic 77-74 upset over Charleston in a consolation matchup.
